Devendra Banhart – Baby (Video)

After months of waiting, we FINALLY have a video for Devendra Banhart’s single from last year’s album What Will We Be. Banhart rocks his best attempt at Zappa facial hair and takes us on an other worldly journey with some very special guests. MGMT’s Andrew VanWyngarden, The Strokes’ Fabrizio Moretti and The GZA all appear on Banhart’s journey through the depths of space, partying it up with some  eccentric animated characters along the way. Recap of Spoon at House of Blues 3/27/10

On Saturday, I had the privilege of seeing Spoon perform at the House of Blues, and boy, did Britt Daniel and crew put on an amazing show! The band played selections from their entire catalog, and played a handful of songs from their new album and WERS February Album of the Month, Transference.
