Nateva Update: Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks

Boston royalty Susan Tedeschi took the stage Sunday afternoon with her guitar god husband, Derek Trucks, for what was to be one of the best performances of Nateva. Those two can really wail. They were soulful, skilled, and they played a long set that went right along with Further, who played directly after Trucks and Tedeschi. Some of Trucks’s guitar solos were so intense that I found it difficult to keep taking pictures, since my face was melting off.
